Shipping policy

For all US orders, the buyer of the shipment is responsible for paying shipping all required fees to complete the transaction unless otherwise explicitly stated. The buyer is also fully responsible for shipping returns and ensuring we receive them at our Returns Center.

 

For all International orders, the buyer of a shipment must pay customs duties. All international orders are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Meaning that the buyer pays any applicable customs duties, fees or taxes when the shipment arrives at the border – before the shipment can be delivered.
